# Code of Conduct

Expected behavior for users of West Solutions, and how violations are handled.

### 1. Respectful Behavior

All users must communicate respectfully with staff and other users. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

* Chargebacks or payment disputes after delivery
* Fraudulent claims or false reports
* Abuse or exploitation of services or systems

### 3. Lawful Use

Users must not use our products or services for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform rules.

### 4. Support Cooperation

Users requesting support must provide accurate and truthful information and cooperate during troubleshooting. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of support.

### 5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or permanently deny services to any user who violates this Code of Conduct, without prior notice.
